Our location is ideal for trips to Rotorua, Tauranga or the amazing maritime volcanic island "White Island". Several golf courses, natural hot springs or short nature walks are nearby. For relaxation you may use our sauna. The Kaiate waterfalls are only 5 minutes away, hidden in typical bush with tree ferns and endemic plants. There are several water holes which offer refreshing swims.

Internet and fax abilities are also available.

If you plan a trip or tour throught the country you have chosen the right address ! We are tour operators for smaller groups, specialized in nature and activity tours (walking- and multisport tours). Since 1992 we guide groups from Cape Reinga to Stewart Island and know these 3 main islands very well. We plan, organize, drive and guide most of our tours ourselves. Due to our European background we also speak German. Before we permanently settled here, we travelled extensively through North- and Southamerica, Asia, Australia, Europe and the  Antarctica, so there's a lot to tell about !

Due to Margrit's ancestors the Italian influences are very visible. If you want we serve a gourmet dinner, which might have a mediterranean or other international touch, wine included.

We prefer single party bookings of 1 - 4 persons. The guests of the queen bedroom (1-2 pers.) would have to share the ensuite bathroom with the guests of the superking/twin bedroom (1-2 pers).
